  • Nationwide Assignments: we have assignments available throughout all of the United States.

 

  • Bonuses: we provide $500-$1000 completion bonuses on select hospital assignments.  If you refer another traveler to PHCS we will send you a $500 bonus within seven days of the completion of his/her first assignment. 

 

  • Premium Pay Rates: you can expect to earn the highest pay rate available.

  • Private/Furnished Housing or Subsidy: PHCS will offer you the nicest private housing available.  If you live within commuting distance of your assignment we will pay you a housing subsidy         that is equal to what we would pay for your housing.

 

  • Generous Round Trip Travel Allowance: you will receive up to $600 round trip travel allowance, or if air travel is necessary PHCS will provide you with a round trip ticket.

 

  • Licensure Reimbursement: we will reimburse you for the cost of a permanent license, for states that you choose to accept an assignment in, but are not licensed.

  • Tax Advantage Program: if you own and maintain a home away from your travel assignment you may be eligible to receive a portion of your income tax free!  This puts more of your hard earned money back into your pocket.

 

  • PHCS Loyalty Program: as you work with PHCS you will gain valuable Loyalty Points that can be traded for cash to pay for something that came up unexpectedly, or can be used to take a vacation, the choice is yours.  Upon completion of your first year or 2080 hours, whichever comes first, you will have one Loyalty Point per hour worked.  The second year you will receive two Loyalty Points per hour.  The third year you will receive three Loyalty Points per hour, and so on.  It pays to stay at PHCS!  After your first year of service with PHCS you can redeem your points at any time.  Loyalty Points are worth $.50 per hour.

 

Ready to Double Your Monthly Income?

You may be a seasoned traveler, or work full time at a facility that is using travelers to help meet their needs caused by the impending nursing shortage. You know and work with travel nurses every day. Refer them to us as a Providence Health Care Recruiting Partner, and you will earn $500.00 for every nurse that you refer to us. Once they complete their assignment, the bonus will be administered.
 
Not only that, but you will earn an additional $150.00 for the referrals of your referrals (2nd Generation” Referrals).
If you refer 2 nurses that go to work for Providence Health Care Staffing you will receive a check for $1000.00 upon the completion of the first month of their 13 week assignment with us. If they in turn refer 2 nurses they will each receive $1000.00, and you will receive an additional $600.00 (4 x 150.00). Continue referring nurses to Providence Health Care Staffing and keep making $500.00 on every referral, and 150.00 for every "generation” referral.
 
This is an opportunity for you to have your own growing, successful staffing business on the side. The only difference is that we do all of the work for you. You just refer qualified travel nurses to us, and we will do the rest.
